For nearly 150 years Brooks England has supplied the cycling community with hand-hammered, heirloom-quality leather saddles. In recent years however, a new enthusiasm for growth has pushed the brand to introduce numerous new bag collections and even a vulcanized rubber saddle made with organic cotton canvas. The latest bag collection to drop is the Utility series, with three bags in different sizes, though roughly a single standard shape. The medium Dalston Knapsack takes the cake for the perfect balance of form and function—slender enough for quick around town trips and plenty stylish for when not on your steel steed.

Made in Italy from waterproof bluesign® textile with rich vegetable-tanned leather, the bag features a padded inner laptop sleeve, multiple inner pockets and three on the outside as well (including a bottle holder). The fabric is slightly stretchy, which should help slow everyday wear and tear. For more info on the handsome sleek bag—which comes in five different shades—visit Brooks online where the Dalston Knapsack sells for €175.
