P.A.M. + Carhartt WIP’s Third Collaboration Collection

Called “Radio Club,” this range is inspired by the pre-internet age

Melbourne, Australia-based label P.A.M. (aka Perks and Mini) recently unveiled its third collaboration collection with Carhartt WIP, “Radio Club.” It’s inspired by the pre-internet era—specifically the rise of the radio communication during the ’40s. That’s not to say that there’s anything old-fashioned about the gender-neutral collection—rather, in classic P.A.M. style it’s got a distinctly retro-future tinge with lots of wacky graphics and boxy cuts.

Made up of just four colors (navy, white, black and pale pink) the “Radio Club” range is unisex. Hoodies, long- and short-sleeve T-shirts make up the majority of pieces. Despite the inspiration harkening from the 1940s, there seems to be a markedly ’90s vibe throughout—thanks to a few lines and touches that are reminiscent of skate brands from that era.

The entire “Radio Club” collection is available online now.
