Isis Dei: Laptop Bags, MacBook Sleeves, Keyboard Covers, & Accessories | Isis Dei
from smartvoodoo (21 Oct 2009): I LOVE this company. So they are by far the best cases I have seen for the price. The construction is so thorough - with heat-dissipating inner lining, a memory foam shell, etcetera. AND if yours gets old or dirty you can trade it in for half off a new one! Making it way cheaper than any of those other crappy companies. I feel like with most companies you either get good design, or good protection, but with Isis you get both.

from debbyNY (30 Apr 2009): this is my i am a real adult purchase, plug the appliance into the meter then the meter into the wall and watch your money fly out the window, i found that my refrigerator was the queen watt gulper and when i had it serviced it was a little tiny bit of ice that formed on some tube, thus making it run like all the time, my light bill went down 31.00 this month. this is so worth buying,
Wake Up Food Alarm by De Dietrich
from tatorandtots (19 Mar 2009): I have a love/hate relationship with Yanko Design's site. I love that they serve up a dazzling array of great products that make me literally bounce up and down in my chair and emit disturbing little "yip yip yip" noises. I hate the fact that some of the ones that bring me closest to retail ecstasy are only concepts. Sigh. This mechanical midget butler-wannabe is one of those. Just imagine: your alarm sounds and you roll over to find not a wad of bills left on the table from your guest the night before but your CHOICE of coffee, juice or hot chocolate AND TOAST! Yes, TOAST! And if you know me, you know I love me some toast. But alas, until this concept becomes a reality I will leave my ad in the paper for "vertically challenged mini-man to serve as morning butler. Some back-scratching required. Must wear gloves. Stumpy fingers creep me out."
3D Vision Gaming Goggles {nVidia}
from tatorandtots (19 Mar 2009): I received an email from a friend at SXSW, the annual music & tech festival down in Austin, who tried these puppies out. After getting past yet another pout marathon over the fact I'm not there, I decided to go to the site and have a look around. Pretty cool, me thinks. They claim to transform hundreds of 2-D games' graphics into punch-you-in-your-nose 3-D ones. According to my buddy, they follow through on that promise. But maybe you know that already because maybe you are in Austin yourself. Bastard.
Mini-Me robot of ME!
from bittenbydesign (26 Feb 2009): Having a mini version of me telling me the weather would be disturbing, but what if I got freddy or jason? that could be fun. Or a mini zombie of some description. A bit expensive, but for someone who is that much into gadgets and tech, spending a bit of money on something that looks like themselves would probably be acceptable. Nice idea though.
WWII Polished Aluminum Russian Periscope
from tatorandtots (08 Feb 2009): I didn't wake up this morning with the idea of looking for an antique Russian periscope. Yet when I happened to come across this gorgeous one, I found that the idea of living without it has made me actually pout. Like really, really pout. Dashed are the 4-minutes of fence-spying dreams I've held so close.....
Stunning Nickel Plated Industrial Lift
from tatorandtots (08 Feb 2009): My first thought? Gorgeous design. Followed a bit too closely by, "Cocktail cart?" I raise my glass to this one...... from the site: Stunning Nickel Plated Industrial Lift France 1900's A beautifully thought out and well executed industrial design project. These steel lifts, in their time used for toting heavy machinery or engine blocks, are now Nickel plated and perfect for a kitchen island, table, bar, or anything else you can imagine.
SpykeeVox Robot
from Kristine (30 Jan 2009): Personal spy, receptionist, DJ and killer robot. Am I evil for wanting one?
