How One Dutch Company Promotes Work/Life Balance
on 17 June 2016
In the Netherlands, a creative agency is using one simple trick to promote a better work/life balance for its workers: they take away desks precisely at 6PM. The company, called Heldergroen, has rigged its desks to simply lift off their supports and float up into the ceiling, along with computers, keyboards and anything else that's left on the surface. At that point in time, workers have no choice but to quit their duties for the day and leave the office. See the interesting set-up at BBC.
