Like most of our other favorite chocolatiers François Pralus makes his amazing chocolates from scratch (one of only three chocolatiers in France to do so). This is one of the best ways to enjoy his work: A tower of ten different bars (all are 75% cacao), each showcasing the flavor of a specific region and plantation.
