(18 August 2004) - In general, I find the Y3 line from Yohji Yamomoto a little over branded. The new web site, however, is fabulous! The impact comes from the large scale, full motion animation of models walking in place wearing each of the different looks. You can rotate the models to see all angles. (07 August 2004) - So I had to go see the sneaker vending machine that was all the buzz this week. While the Tokyo comes to NYC concept is great, this particular machine is nothing more than a sandwich dispenser filled with kicks. Situated in a dark corner at the entrance of the store, it's hard to even identify the contents as sneakers. I wish the physical design...

(03 August 2004) - Nike has refreshed their Skateboarding site with a great new design and a better overview of the SB line. All the colorways for their Dunk, Delta Force, URL, Angus, E-Cue and FC are shown. A sucker for anything shiny, the chrome and black Angus above is my favorite. The site also includes lots of great photos and videos, plus a whole community section....

Adidas is not only providing footwear for the athletes, they're making street version for you and me. Beinghunted has pictures of all the models. Some are about style, like the Fast Lap Casual (above), others are simply about utility. Overall, the line is pretty slick....
