Stores like Colette, Moss, TKNY, Flight001 and many others offer a carefully selected and sometimes eclectic combination of products. These shops offer a refreshing change of scenery from the overly mallified global shopping landscape. Guy Trebay, for the New York Times, recently looked closer at how shopping is evolving and notes the increasing value of carefully edited selections.
