In time for holiday shoppers looking for an alternative to Soho madness, the Go East guide condenses an assortment of the neighborhood's shops, services, and restaurants into a take along brochure-sized pamphlet. The free booklet comes with a "Shopping & Rewards Program" card, giving users discounts at the featured locations and, after accumulating $500 in receipts, a $50 credit at top LES restaurants. From Orchard Street La-di-da boutique that carries some of New York's premiere burgeoning designers to the Reed Space, a gallery and something of an area institution that features streetwear, magazines, vinyl toys, and more, Go East makes the LES even more appealing.
