Look closely at the froth of this latte and you'll see a portrait carved out in the grains and milk. Served at a Richmond café, Flavours of Lakhoum, it's taking the art of coffee to a new level.

Turkish inspired—"Lakhoum" means 'delight' in Turkish—they offer a range of Middle Eastern-inspired foods that get great reviews. In the end, it's the baristas, who can whip up these portraits in around 45 seconds, that draw the crowd. It's almost too nice to drink.
