Mimoco x Spear Collective: King and Queen Mimobots by Ami Kealoha
Our friends at Mimoco joined forces with our friends at Spear Collective (SC) to make a Mimobot all dressed up in royal gear. SC member Undoboy came up with the design that interprets traditional playing card graphics and the drives come loaded with wallpaper, graphics, animations, etc. so you can geek out on his work. The second in Mimoco's artist series, they're limited to a production run of 2,000, so don't waste any time. Both the King and Queen are available through Mimoco starting at $40 for 512 MB.

Friends With You Mimobots
The second crop of Friends With You Mimobots drops today and the collaboration between the character-themed thumb drive maker and the rainbow-splashed art collective couldn't be a better match. Adding three Malfis (smiling, the original, and super) as well as Mr. TTT (pictured above from L-R and in detail after the jump), the diminutive guys will store either 1GB, 2GB and 4GB your data....

Converse's hundredth anniversary celebratory collection of Chucks, called 1HUND(RED) (a special artist series with proceeds going to the Global Fund), has made for a lot of creativity applied to the shoe. The project is a year-long release of shoes designed by notable artists, including Auckland-based illustrator, Dennis Juan Ma, whose shoe is number twenty in the series....
