Mindful Menus by Tim Yu
Mindful Menus is a new healthy guide to New York City take-out menus.
Any New Yorker will tell you that take-out and delivery is an integral part of city life and although convenient, it is all too often unhealthy. Taking the nutritional guesswork out of take-out food, two nutritionists modified take-out menus from 20 New York City restaurants in the Upper East and West Side neighborhoods with 10 to 15 selected items from each. The Menus are well designed, easy to read and provide suggestions on what items of a dish to avoid or substitute along with whole "Mindful Meals."
Available for $22 at Foodtrainers. Mindful Menus for Chelsea and Downtown are due out soon.
