The new offshoot of Miami's style depot (and CH collaborator) Base, the Annex's "Through The Looking Glass" theme and impeccably curated mix of housewares and clothing almost upstages the original. We had the chance to visit the space shortly after last month's opening and quickly added it to our list of favorites.
Laid out like a home with objects for sale artfully displayed in situ, each room features its own interior design with an overall aesthetic that's somewhere in between Diana Vreeland and Murray Moss. (Click images for detail.) The collection of items for sale includes work by some of CH's fave modern interpreters, like Salvor's take on stuffed animals and Harry Allen's resin piggy banks, familiar brands such as Tsubi, Martin Margiela and Assouline, as well as vintage pieces. See more images here.

Gorman has become one of Australia's most respected labels, not only for their sharp styling pieces that miss the fad boat staying stylish season after season, but also for their stand for eco-friendly and sustainable fashion. Recently launching their new organics collection, Gorman's winning even more green hearts with their vow to become a carbon neutral company within the next two years. This month...
Only a little more than six months old, Brecho Luxo is causing somewhat of a sensation with the fashion cult here in São Paulo. Founded by Paula Reboredo and Gil Franca, who run the São Paulo street fashion blog Freakstyle with journalist Maira Goldschmidt (that we told you about last year), opened the vintage store with a fabulously edited selection of clothes and accessories...
We were among the excited first today to check out A.P.C.'s latest store (and the second of their outlets worldwide) today in Brooklyn. Called A.P.C. Surplus for its flat 60% discounted prices, the Williamsburg storefront is housed in a beautiful former bank with plenty of rustic charm (i.e. it looks as if it recently caught fire). At only 600 square feet, the space feels...
With the recent drop in temperature I've been looking for some Fall gear. We already told you about dREALM and 38 Regular, a small shop in the East Village section of New York that hand-stitches all their pieces in the city, often right in the back of their small shop. It's a destination for finding truly original and high quality items that are sure...
Even as a fashion statement, sweat suits are best reserved for the gym but these Jack'Art versions by French brand Artysm are undeniably fresh. Made in Paris and 100% cotton, the harlequin-like diamond pattern lends a touch of European flair. With all-over woven construction and contrasting stitching, they ooze original style while prioritizing comfort. My favorites are the sweatpants, as I'm always looking for...
In recent years, Ballard has become a destination Seattle neighborhood for those in the know, thanks to Scandinavian industrial charm, a few new bars, restaurants, a gallery, music stores and boutiques—including the standout men's clothing boutique, Blackbird. With a good selection of the labels we know and love, some of the more obscure and lesser-known brands, like the Italian shoemaker Marsèll, put the two-year...
