Mortified by Letizia Rossi

mortified.jpg

Mortified: Real Words. Real People. Real Pathetic. is a collection of hilarious real-life letters, journal excerpts, poems, lyrics, and locker notes detailing the excruciatingly embarrassing pitfalls of youth. With all the voyeuristic thrills of reading your sister's diary without the consequences, Mortified is hard to put down. First performed as a live stage show, Mortified has been selling out seats across the country since 2002. Editor David Nadelberg and various contributors will be reading from their personal relics and signing books live in New York, Boston, Chicago, Pasadena and San Francisco during November and December 2006

Bob Books Flickbooks
A wonderfully tactile keepsake, the Bob Books Flickbook takes your personal video clips and renders them as an old-fashioned pocket-sized flip book. The clever format makes for a fun way to share the ubiquitous videos shot on digital cameras and cell phones—both a curious novelty and a tangible document for the more ephemeral digital videos. To create a Flickbook, convert any digital video into...

The "literary mixtape" is a collection of "reports from the front lines on the role of sound and digital media in an information-based society." Tasking authors, musicians, designers, curators...
Sideways: A Smart Art Project
Known for their eco-chic automobiles, tomorrow Smart Car will introduce "Sideways: A Smart Art Project," a book that's in line with their counter-cultural identity and serving as the brand's creative anthology. Showcasing a myriad of colorful works of art, it's an inventive (and attractive) way to look at both the environment and contemporary motoring. Curated by top international magazines such as Dazed & Confused,...
Ice Cream
Phaidon has a knack for publishing massive overviews that inform, educate, become trusted resources for years to come, and—as is the case with their "cream" series on emerging artists—boast amazing packaging as well. The latest edition, Ice Cream, is no exception with its rainbow mylar cover that takes us back to our sticker collection days. Fortunately, what's inside the cover doesn't disappoint, including some...
