Torchbearer #7 Sultry Sauce by Evan Orensten

sultry7.jpg

The problem with a lot of salsas/sauces is that they either have heat or they have flavor. Torchbearer Sauces #7 Sultry Sauce is one of those uncommon salsas/sauces that has both plenty of heat and plenty of flavor. Though the first two ingredients are oranges and carrots the sauce is not too sweet; they blend nicely with the tomatoes and habanero peppers to deliver a great tasting salsa.

Available at stores everywhere and online from Torchbearer Sauces ($6.95 for an 8 oz. jar).
