The first issue of the brand new Brooklyn-based street art magazine Arrow premiered last month, featuring profiles of the likes of artist Rich Jacobs (he's responsible for the cover art), photographer Angela Boatwright, the Canadian band, DFA 1979, and the Beautiful Losers show in Baltimore. Look for it in independent bookstores, on newsstands, or buy it from their website.
