This week Tropolism went deeper into the complex lighting design for the beacon at 55 Water Street, including Tropolism's first architectural movie. The conversation with lighting designer Jim Conti has two parts.
Our little post last week about diagonal inspiration seems to have taken a life of its own at other websites. Our Kahn knowledge was challenged. We didn't care. But we did ask for your voting on the matter of which minor diagonal project makes better inspiration from the Hearst Building.
