Spicy Thai flavor Kettle Chips by Evan Orensten

spicy_thai_kettle_chips.jpg

There are a few reasons why these chips should be in your pantry. First off, they taste great. They have a not in-your-face combination of sweet, salty, spicy, tangy, and heat. Second, they are one of two flavors, along with Cheddar Beer (which taste better than they sound) that won Kettle Foods' People's Choice awards, where customers got to submit flavors and then vote on the most popular choices. They are currently accepting nominations for drink-inspired flavors. We like Kettle Foods because they care about how things grow, how products are made, and their impact on the community and the world. A 5 oz. bag costs around $2.50 and is available at stores everywhere in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and online.

Danielle Exotic Fruit and Veggie Chips
by Maxwell Gold Not all dried fruit snacks are created equally. Danielle all-natural, preservative-free Crispy Fruit and Crispy Veggie chips are a step above most other snack foods. We love them because they are cooked in small batches and seasoned with just a touch of salt to bring out the full flavor and to ensure superior taste. We're especially enamored with the thick-cut Crispy Banana...
Pop Chips
On a recent road trip we tried some Pop Chips and were very pleased with their light and crisp taste. Even better, they are not fried (fat and oil) or baked (dry and tasteless). Instead, Pop Chips use a combination of heat and pressure to create a healthy but delicious snack. We enjoyed the Parmesean Garlic Potato Chips a bit more than the Wasabi...
Eight Salty, Sweet, Mouth-Puckering Licorices
by Karen McGrane Licorice seemed wrong and bad to me as a child, one of those things like coffee ice cream or kissing in movies that made me deeply suspicious of adult desires. As my tastes have matured so has my preference for licorice and I seek out only the darkest, chewiest, and most complex flavors. Used as a sweetener and a medicinal since ancient...
You Bars
After an athletic mom and her marathon-running, allergic-to-milk son got fed up with the energy bar options on the market, they took matters into their own hands and came up with a customizable alternative that they call You Bars. On their site, customers can make up their own recipe to their exact specs, choosing from a variety of ingredients like almond butter, soy protein,...
