Papa Stour by Josh Rubin

Papa Stour is a new web boutique featuring the work of contemporary Scottish artisans. Neatly organized, the site is browsable by product type or artist and includes plenty of background information on the products and creators. This cashmere camo baby blanket by Queene & Belle is among my favorites in the shop. The silk screened Harris Tweed pillows by site founder Rosie Brown are also pretty great.

Artist David Flores sees the world in contours. Known for his skeletal drawings and paintings that divide figures and places into outlined shapes, the latest notch on this prolific artist's belt are two limited-edition Dunnys, Bad and Evil (pictured L-R above). "When I see things, I see shapes on top of them . . . the shapes they're made of," Flores explained from his...

In addition to their series of blogs, they have just launched Soupe Du Jour-- an on-line shop with something new every day and only available that day. Today there's a mystical keychain from Brazil, tomorrow the sexiest toothbrush on earth and Wednesday an...

The on-line shop features a selection of items from the co-op's brands, including: Obedient Sons, Troglodyte Homunculus, Seize sur Vingt, United Boroughs of New York and Seize sur Vice (their collaboration with Vice magazine)....
Nom de Guerre
New York art and fashion collective Nom de Guerre launched its new site just days ago in preparation for the release of its Fall/Winter '05 collection. Their first-ever foray into menswear will feature what the company calls "utilitarian luxury-basics," fashionably simple shirts, sweaters, scarves, and slacks. The subculture-obsessed group, whose flagship Manhattan store is a former Black Panthers hideaway, will be opening up shop...
