Burton Ronin Espionage Jacket
by Josh Rubin
The Burton Ronin Espionage Jacket has everything you need to rock the mountain in style and comfort. The jacket, which is available in 4 different colorways, also has an integrated digital camera for stealthily snapping pics. We thoroughly examined the pictures on the site and can only guess where the camera is. I guess this calls for a quick trip down to the Burton store for more info.

UPDATE: I went down to the Burton shop and they closed early for training or renovation or something. Bastards!
New from Imaginary Foundation
by Josh Rubin
The good people of knocked off by FCUK). Silly Walk (left) is a funky new direction that uses discharge ink to bleach the design in to the t, leaving it feeling soft and comfy regardless of the design. Nick Philip from Imaginary Foundation explains what they're all about: "Grandiose are the fantasies of genius and profound their absurdity. It is the belief of the Imaginary Foundation that the preposterous may be used as an aesthetic instrument to 'shock the observer into self awareness.'"

Another $250 for the Humane Society
by Josh Rubin
Since our last update, we've sold 100 more Pair-o-deez decks and just made our second donation of $250 to the Humane Society Disaster Relief Fund. Our total contribution so far is $375. We want to raise over $2000 and have plenty more decks to sell, so what are you waiting for?
For just $10 plus shipping and handling, you can own the sneaker memory game featuring selections from Josh's collection-- and help save the pets in New Orleans that were stranded or abandoned because of Hurricane Katrina.

Tool for Armchair Activists
by Josh Rubin
Troika, the U.K. design firm that brought us the Tool for Armchair Activists. Where the projector displayed the text of an SMS message on a distant surface, the Tool for Armchair Activists will shout it out loud. The rig can be strapped to a lamp post and thanks to an embedded mobile phone, can vocalize messages from anywhere.
The Tool for Armchair Activists is currently located in Troika's studio. Give them a shout by texting here: +44(0)7790272804
Peeled Snacks
by Evan Orensten
Noha Waibsnaider created Peeled Snacks a year ago when she couldn't find healthy snack foods at the grocery store. Three varieties are available, and all feature only dry roasted nuts and large chunks of dried fruits with no added sugar, oils, etc. One adds dark chocolate chunks. All are great, though we're partial to FigSated, which has apricots, dates, figs, almonds and pistachios. They cost around $2 a bag, and are available at a store near you or online.
