Project FOX by Josh Spear

Projectofox

Project FOX, is an event in Copenhagen promoting the newly released Volkswagen Fox. For the occasion they created a hotel, a club, and a studio all in downtown Copenhagen. For the hotel they took an already pre-existing hotel, and combined the talent of 21 artists to re-design the interior of 61 rooms. Along with the hotel, they have a club/restaurant that has three open show kitchens, and a studio where the VW Fox was presented to the public-- this is where artists and designers who were working on the design for the club and hotel can present their own VW Fox design ideas. Check the site for an informational video, and pictures from all the locations--and if you're in Copenhagen, stop by.

With a well-curated...

Just last week PlanetTran introduced the first fleet of Priuses for hire to the San Francisco Bay Area. (They launched their Boston service in 2003.) Serving Oakland, San Jose and San Francisco airports, like OZOcar...
Art Hotels
One-upping the generic prints that often hang inoffensively in hotel rooms and lobbies, more and more hotels add work by big name contemporary artists to their lists of amenities. These three destinations feature art by less flashy names, which makes them a good place to discover new artists and the presentation—graffiti-style murals that cover the walls of a room and doors with photographic overlays—makes for...

The Social Trust 155 West Washington Boulevard Suite 714 Los...
