LED Cocktail Table by Josh Spear
A furniture designer and lightening designer teamed up at a Los Angeles based design company, Orange22 to bring us this Acrylic "Pixcell" lit LED cocktail table. They call it Aurora, and it looks pretty snappy. You can change the hue, brightness or "animation" on a touch pad on the lower lip of the table, or for a couple hundred dollars more from a wireless remote. This design looks like it would function great in a nightclub environment.

Wozzup Mutazionidinterni Design
By Paolo Ferrarini of Future Concept Lab In Milan it's unusual to find "non-Milanese” design, meaning design that's not linear, clean or somehow a reinterpretation of classic pieces and brands. Decidedly untraditional, Wozzup Mutazionidinterni is the refreshing exception to this rule. Former set designer Luca Porcelli and Maurizio Duranti, an ex-graphic designer, founded Wozzup in 2007. They work and exhibit their furniture, paintings and objects...

Parkhaus Suit for 100 Classics
Parkhaus, the Berlin-based producer of felt accessories, stumbled upon a winning concept with its Suit for 100 Classics, an expanding collection of custom felt seat pads for iconic chairs. Arguably, a well-thought design doesn't need any augmentations. However, it's a sad fact that some of the most iconic chairs from the past century can be uncomfortable. Take the designs pictured, pads for which are...
