Puma Satori Lux by Josh Rubin
Puma has been quite the innovator lately. October's release of the motion inspired black or white leather, but this 500 piece edition is covered in a luxurious pony skin (no, it's not really pony; they just call it that). Sublime to look at, they're available in all black or chocolate and pink.
They're expected to drop this month in 18 locations worldwide. The only one I know of is Vacant (who's location is constantly changing!).
12/15 UPDATE: They're now available on-line at Sneakers N Stuff.

T-Book x Peter Schmid Sneakers
With British t-shirt company T-Book's tessellating expressions of love and the German Puma designer Peter Schmid's high and low-tops, these may be the most romantic kicks out there. Laser-burnt with T-Book's clever, M.C. Waraku and Namitatsu
Last week I stumbled upon Waraku and it instantly became my new favorite store in LA. Sneakers and T-shirts are imported directly from Japan with a focus on brands and styles not typically available in the US. I was able to grab a pair of Nike Sabaku slip-ons (below, left) and also learned about Namitatsu, the Japanese surf brand. Namitatsu, which translates to "wave...
