Cool Hunting
HS-13w is a new wireless headset from Nokia. It includes a color display for viewing pictures and browsing the contact list. It also includes a voice dialing feature that supports speaking numbers or the name of someone in the contact list. Two things make this headset intriguing-- first, it's meant to be like techno jewlery. you wear it around your neck and display images on it. A digital locket. Second is the addition of a functional display for looking up and dialing contacts. This is great because it means you'll rarely have to access the main phone to start and receive calls.
Designed as a partner for the freaky little 7280 pen phone, it appears this headset will be compatible with all Bluetooth Nokia handsets. Hopefully it will be available by the end of the year like Nokia claims.

Having Gizmodo for his opinion. The immediate answer-- Bluespoon. The little bugger arrived yesterday and I'm thrilled. It's simple, tiny and light. But the most genius element is that little mouse-tail-looking-thing. It's a soft rubber extension of the earbud that fits in to the upper curve of your ear and holds the headset securely in place. This is by far the most comfortable headset...
The latest and second iteration of the Yves Behar designed Jawbone, a mobile Bluetooth-enabled headset, delivers the superior sound quality and noise-canceling technology it's known for in a unit that's 50% of the size of the original. As a form factor, the subtle geometric texture on the diminutive curved earpiece makes it an object that doesn't offend the eye either. In use, we've found...
By now, you've most likely heard all the Nokia buzz today—great new phones, the N95 is finally coming stateside and the gaming industry continues to go more mobile. We love the expanded 8G memory in the N81 and N95 which allows us to hold more music, photos, games etc. This brings me to what, in my opinion, is subtly some of the biggest news...
Jeff Hawkins, founder of Palm, unveiled a new mobile device called Foléo today via webcast from the D: All Things Digital Conference. Dubbed as a "mobile companion," the device is to be used as an extension of your smart-phone providing one button email access, a 10" screen, full size keyboard and five hours of use off a single charge. Built on flash memory, which...
Thoughtfully designed for true mobile convenience, MoGo's 5mm thick headset can be charged without needing any additional cables. The lightweight (1/3 oz) Bluetooth 2.0 device has a fold-out ear piece so it rests comfortably in the ear and stores flat when not in use. While it can be charged with an optional AC adapter, it is sized to fit in a laptop's PCMCIA or...
Jawbone, the Yves Behar designed Bluetooth device, utilizes advanced noise cancellation technology to eliminate background noise from your call. I have been testing it out for a couple weeks now—walking on NYC streets, passing garbage trucks and ambulances, yet no one complained of the background noise and I didn't need to raise my voice to be heard. By using directional microphones and a bone...
