Marijuana May Shrink Tumors
by Josh Rubin

Marijuana has already been proven as a natural and effective treatment for intense side effects of many hard core HIV and Cancer medications. Now it is believed that delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, a marijuana extract, may help shrink brain tumors and other forms of cancer. The New Scientist reports on the findings of a research team in Spain :
And for the first time, the team has shown the cannabinoids impede this chemical in people with the most aggressive form of brain cancer - glioblastoma multiforme.
After observing results in 30 mice, the team began a clinical trial with 14 human patients. The trial is still in early stages, but the researchers are optimistic about the preliminary results.
