Siemens SK65 by Josh Rubin

Siemens just announced the SK65 tri-band GSM phone. The h-o-t-t-o-g-o design features a swivel out qwerty keypad for text entry. As great as this thing looks, I wonder what it will be like to hold while texting-- it could be kind of awkward. You corporate types will also be glad to know the device includes Research In Motion's Blackberrry software so you can have email synchronized with your company's MS Exchange server. It's supposed to ship in November of this year, but there's no pricing information available as of yet.

Pearly White
Taking yet another large step away from its boring corporate heritage, Blackberry is now offering the handy little Pearl in white. Appropriately colored considering the name, the white Pearl is now available exclusively on T-Mobile for a new, low price of $149 with a two year contract. Everything else about the device is the same as I discussed in this review....

Blackberry Pearl
If you've been reading CH for a while you know I'm rather fickle when it comes to mobile phones. I'm always looking for the right combination of form, features and usability. Well, there's a new phone du jour—the Blackberry Pearl. While the previous Blackberry form factors are destined to be tomorrow's kitsch (check out the slideshow), the Pearl follows a more classic, "candy bar"...

Blackberry 7100t: First Impressions
I'm that guy that has a new cell phone every couple months-- constantly trying to find one that I love from top to bottom, and I'm hard to please. I just swapped from a Treo600 to a Blackberry 7100t after an enticing set of deals. My first impressions-- I'm so used to a touch screen from the Treo that I find myself tapping the...

Siemens Cancels Xelibri
Now that Siemens has cancelled the Xelibri line of fashion phones, they may actually become cool to those who seek stuff that no one else has. Maybe. Keep an eye on Ebay for price increases-- at the moment they are going for 60 - 100 GBP....

Blackberry Storm
The Storm is BlackBerry's much-heralded first foray into touchscreen smartphones. When it hit the market earlier this week, it entered a field of touchscreen phones like the T-Mobile G1 and the gold standard Apple iPhone. It was developed by Canada's Research in Motion and represents a clear challenge to Apple's supremacy. We've been toying with a review unit for a week, and have noted...

Hands on with the T-Mobile G1
When it goes on sale tomorrow, the T-Mobile G1 will be the very first mobile device to utilize Google's open source operating system, Android. I've been using a G1 for the last couple of weeks and am really impressed—a relief because since the iPhone there really hasn't been a mobile that I've been excited about. While the G1 comes in a nice form-factor with...
