Sonos Digital Music System by Josh Rubin

Launching a similar product on the heels of Sonos, however what they've got is so much better. Don't get me wrong, AirPort Express is fabulous and useful and AirTunes is a very smart addition. Two things make Sonos better: the wireless units you put in each room have built in amplifiers (so no need to have an existing stereo system) and the system comes with a good looking and easy to use wireless remote.

The Sonos Controller (pictured above right) allows users to play songs from their computer's digital music library, satellite radio or elsewhere in any room of their...
Pillow Speakers
Surprisingly useful, these pillow speakers have the potential to transform sleeping experiences. Rather than getting up to adjust the volume or sleeping supine to accommodate headphones, with these two different systems listening is comfortable and changing volume is easy. Most importantly, sleeping partners will be undisturbed by your canned lullabies. From earplug specialists Sensorcom, the first of the models involves wrapping a belt-like band...
mStation Orb
I swear I'm not that big of a nerd, but anything that kind of reminds me of Star Wars is just totally awesome, especially when it happens to look like the Death Star. The Orb from mStation is just that, a sleek and stylish "Made for iPod" desktop docking station/speaker system that, just like the name suggest, is an orb that packs a powerful...
Onkyo D-TK10s
Based on the way acoustic vibrations resonate through the body of an instrument to create rich sound, Onkyo recently released these specially engineered D-TK10 speakers that take advantage of the entire speaker cabinet—rather than the traditional use of only the woofers and tweeters. Produced in partnership with renowned Japanese guitar maker Takamine, the gorgeously handmade rosewood-and-mahogany set measures under nine inches tall, making them...
