New Apple Displays by Josh Rubin

displaysimage06282004

Months after releasing the new G5, Apple has finally created a matching update to their display line. The 20, 23, and 30 inch wide format displays all boast a minimalist design with aluminum casing. Additional features like integrated USB and Fire Wire, one cord from the display that splits behind the desk and the ability to mount it on the wall bring this new line up to par with the rest of their gorgeous products.

Also announced today are details on next year's major OS X release, Tiger, which has lots of new and exciting features.

In the same way that Taschen’s The Computer, is like paging through...
Mini Mate
The Mac Mini has such great potential to be a home media hub, but the hard drive options it ships with are not very well suited to such use. Apparently upgrading to a higher capacity internal drive isn't much of an option either because they'll run too hot and cause too many problems-- not to mention the innards of this thing are even complex...
iPod Shuffle and Mac mini
If my site happens to be your first stop after crawling out from under a rock, I'm pleased to let you know that much earlier today Apple announced a few new things. In the software category comes iLife 05 and iWork featuring lots of updates and one new app, Pages (a word processor). More exciting is the new hardware. Mac mini is a $500...
