Nest by Josh Rubin

urban baby nest

All my friends with babies complain about the lack of nicely designed furniture for their kids. Well... Nest, by Bug Design might be the start of a new trend. It is, by far, is the best looking piece of baby furniture I have ever seen! But don't let the good looks fool you, it has all the stability and functionality you'd want in a high chair.

AU$675 from Urban Baby

UPDATE: 16 April
Mozzee is ramping up production of an improved mode that will be a 3 in 1 chair for babies and children from 6 months to 6 years. The new Nest will come with a removable tray to keep kids under 2 years safely in their place. The tray can be removed so older kids can sit at the table and actually reach their plates. As the kid gets older, the base can be removed to make a cool low lounger chair.

The new Nest will go on sale on the Mozzee website for £299 and shipping will begin in early June.

Ooba
An antidote to everything cutesy and traditional that typically goes along with parenting, the baby revolution continues to grow, fueling more chic design and with it shifting ideas about raising children.
