Geoff McFetridge Vandal Supremes: Experiment 01 by Josh Rubin
Freshness and Freshmeat collaborated to document the destruction of a Geoff McFetridge Vandal Supreme. Their project may surpass what McFetridge intended for consumers of the sneakers to do, but it's rad none the less. It also gives a good view of what the different layers look like.

Launched in the Japanese magazine Marc Newson as a multi purpose shoe for cosmonauts, it's named for the Russian space dog that ventured aboard Sputnik 10 in 1961. While it may look like a reinvention of the Jelly, it promises to be the next major accomplishment in footwear engineering. Nike has refreshed their Skateboarding site with a great new design and a better overview of the SB line. All the colorways for their Dunk, Delta Force, URL, Angus, E-Cue and FC are shown. A sucker for anything shiny, the chrome and black Angus above is my favorite. The site also includes lots of great photos and videos, plus a whole community section....
