PhoneScout is a Japanese Mobile Photo Log, however it also records the location from which the image was sent. The site includes a map that updates for each image. You can search for pictures by location or just browse. You can also access it from a cell phone, thus getting visual cues when trying to navigate the labyrinth of Tokyo streets.
